Do you have any single family homes?

No. Our buildings are from 2 - 6 family units.

Are pets allowed?

There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee and an additional $25/month for pets. Small pets are considered, with the following exceptions:

No cats. No poisonous animals of any kind. No ferrets. No exotic animals or livestock are permitted in the rental unit, grounds, or common areas. Pit bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinchers, and/or any animal with a bite history are not permitted.
